The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) has updates regarding the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program (16 Texas Administrative Code, 75 §75.110). These amendments relate to the standards for air conditioning and refrigeration installations. TDLR's reasoning for the new amendments can be found here. They will be available and effective beginning September 15, 2017.
