Texas Department of Licensing and REulation announced the passing of House Bill 930 during the 84th Legislative Session will affect Water Well Drillers and Pump Installers. Important changes and updates from HB 930 include: it authorizing the Commission to establish an Apprentice Driller and INstaller program by rule. In addition, the bill amended the law to allow drillers to submit well logs electronically to the required agencies.
