TDLR Strategic Planning Sessions

Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation is interested in hearing feedback from their licensees. They will be holding Strategic Planning Sessions around the state for those who are interested in helping TDLR improve for the future.

TDLR wants to hear from you. Among other things, TDLR wants to know:

  • How can TDLR better prepare for natural disasters or any catastrophic events?
  • If you were in charge of TDLR what kind of changes would you make?
  • What is TDLR doing well?
  • In your specific industry, what changes do you expect to be made over the next couple of years?

An online survey will be posted on April 6, but if you are able to attend a session, they will be held at the following locations:

Monday April 9 – Arlington and El Paso

Monday April 16 – Houston and McAllen

Monday April 23 - Austin

Any feedback can make an impact for the future of TDLR, and your profession.

At the Law Offices of J Pete Laney, we handle cases for people and businesses regulated by TDLR, and have worked on legislation and rules relating to TDLR. If you have any questions regarding your TDLR license, an application for a license, or questions regarding the rules and regulations relating to TDLR, please contact The Law Offices of J Pete Laney @ 512-473-0404 or www.jpetelaneylaw.com.
