TDLR Proposes Amendment to Towing Rules

TDLR is propsing amendments to the Vehicle Towing and Booting Program rules (16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 86.10). The September 18, 2015 issue of Texas Register (40 TexReg 6279) published the proposed rule amendment. The Department will accept anyone's comments on the proposal until October 19, 2015. The proposed amendment will implement changes made by Senat eBill 1820 to the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 2308. Anyone interested in the Vehicle Towing and Booting Program is encouraged to review the rule amendment proposal.
