Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Rule Review at TDLR

TDLR is conducting a review of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program. Anyone licensed or interested in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in the state of Texas is encouraged to review the rules currently in place in Chapter 75 of the Texas Administrative Code and TDLR's Notice of Intent to review these rules for re-adoption, revision or repeal.

Any relevant comments may be emailed to erule.comments@tdlr.texas.gov, but must be received by January 12, 2015 when the comment period closes.
